Igeekphone reported on May 28th that MediaTek has officially launched the Dimensity 7500 mobile platform on its official website. This is the first mainstream mobile phone SoC to adopt the Arm C1 series CPU core design.
Dimensity 7500 is based on a 4nm manufacturing process and features a CPU consisting of 4× Arm C1 Pro (2.6GHz) and 4× Arm C1 Nano (2.0GHz), along with an Arm Mali-G625 MC2 GPU. It supports LPDDR5-6400 memory and dual-channel UFS 3.1 flash memory.

Its cellular network downlink rate can reach 5.2 Gbps. It supports multiple GNSS systems and can support Wi-Fi 6E 2T2R and Bluetooth 5.4. At the same time, the NPU 850 of this chip has a performance improvement of over 100% compared to the previous generation. It supports a main screen of 1344×2800 at 144Hz and a secondary screen of 1300×1200 at 120Hz. The maximum resolution of the lens is 200MP, and it can record 4K30 10-bit videos.

MediaTek stated that Dimensity 7500 can achieve a 5-9% energy efficiency improvement in popular daily applications, and a 4-7% improvement in energy efficiency in popular gaming applications. The video transcoding speed can be increased by up to 68%, the file transfer speed can be increased by up to 40%, and the application switching speed can be increased by 30%.
