Today, Qualcomm officially released the second generation Snapdragon 8 flagship mobile processor, Meizu mobile phone later announced that the new flagship of Meizu will also be the first generation of Qualcomm Snapdragon 8 mobile platform.
According to digital blogger “WHYLAB”, the new Meizu phone has appeared in the database. There are two models, namely Meizu 20 and Meizu 20 Pro, instead of Meizu 19 as previously reported.
The two new phones are powered by the second-generation Snapdragon 8, which is built by TSMC’s 4nm technology and uses a four-cluster architecture of 1+2+2+3. Compared with Qualcomm’s Snapdragon 8, its CPU performance is improved by 35% and its energy efficiency is improved by 40%.
It is reported that Meizu’s new flagship will officially launch in the first quarter of next year, which will be the first product jointly created by Xingji Times and Meizu Technology.
In addition, Meizu said that the new flagship will also bring multi-terminal, full-scene, immersive integration experience in the new era.

This may imply the linkage with Meizu FlymeAuto, a vehicle and engine system based on Meizu Flyme, such as the current popular seamless flow, vehicle and engine interconnection and so on.
