JTI Korea announced that starting from September 1st, it will launch a one-month “Ploom Payback Promotion”. Consumers who purchase the heated tobacco product equipment “Ploom X Advanced” and are dissatisfied can apply for a full refund.
Consumers participating in this promotion must purchase the device through convenience stores or the Ploom official website plomo.co.kr within September and use it for more than two weeks after registration. If you are not satisfied with the product, you can apply for a refund in accordance with the activity agreement before the end of October. The purchase amount will be fully refunded in cash after deducting the return shipping fee. Equipment purchased in the open market is not covered by this promotion.
JTI Korea stated that Ploom X Advanced has received favorable reviews from consumers since its launch in South Korea in November 2024.
This product is equipped with “HeatFlow” technology. The device can be used for no more than 5 minutes each time and there is no limit to the number of inhalings. Up to three cartridges can be used continuously.

In addition, Ploom X Advanced offers four basic colors including flat gray (슬레이트 그레이), navy blue (네이비 블루), black (블랙), and silver (실버), as well as two limited edition colors: water blue halo (아쿠아 헤일로) and cherry red (오라이토 레드). It comes with a variety of accessories and supports personalized customization.
Ploom X Advanced devices can be purchased at convenience stores in some areas of Seoul and Gyeonggi Province as well as on the official Ploom website.
