Igeekphone reported on February 23rd that the Nothing brand mobile phone is equipped with the iconic Glyph lighting effect system, which enables custom notification functions through the LED lights on the back of the phone.
According to the latest official promotion, Nothing Phone (4a) is a mid-range phone that is coming soon and will be equipped with the new Glyph notification system.

In a blog post last weekend, the official of Nothing revealed that the Nothing Phone (4a) will be equipped with 6 square lights, each of which contains 9 independently controlled Mini LEDs. Nothing stated that the new design is 40% brighter than the Glyph lights on the previous A-series phones, and it also incorporates patented technology, making it more natural, neutral and colorless.

Igeekphone brings you a review of the previous designs of the Nothing smartphone:
The Nothing Phone (1) has 5 LED light strips on the surface of its back panel.
The Nothing Phone (2) adopts a similar design, but offers more customizable options and is equipped with 11 light strips.
The Nothing Phone (3) replaces all these light strips with a small circular grid of 489 LED lights on the back of the phone. These LED lights act like a small display screen.
For the cheaper a-series phones, Nothing has so far continued to use three LED strips. The Nothing Phone (4a) will adopt a completely new design.
