Oneplus has officially held the press conference to release Oneplus 5 flagship smartphone overseas, after leaking much news about it, we finally can see its real look. So let us check if the specs are the ones that we concluded before.
As Oneplus flagship smartphone, Oneplus 5 has 74.1×154.2×7.25mm dimensions, 153g weight, it comes with 5.5 inch 1080P screen, powered by Snapdragon 835 Octa core processor, it has RAM 6GB/8GB LPDDR4X, ROM 64GB/128GB with UFS 2.1 internal storage.
As for its camera, Oneplus 5 adopts dual rear camera, 20MP+16MP, similar to Iphone 7 Plus, it has a long focus lens, supporting professional photographing, the other camera is more suitable for taking photos under dark light, because it has larger aperture to improve its sensitivity. The 20MP long focus uses Sony IMX 350 sensor, F/2.6 aperture, it has the other 16MP back camera to use Sony IMX398 sensor, f/1.7 aperture, 1.12μm aperture, and the front camera has 16MP with Sony IMX371 sensor, f/2.0 aperture.
It is built in 3300mAh battery, which has 300mAh larger battery than Oneplus 3 with 3,000mAh, but it is 100mAh less than Oneplus 3T, supporting Dash Charge, as for price, Oneplus 5 6GB 64GB version sells at $479, 3,270 yuan, and Oneplus 5 8GB 128GB at $539, around 3,680 yuan.
Update: Oneplus 5 has been released in Beijing, China today, as for price, Oneplus 5 6GB+64GB version sells at 2,999 yuan, $500, 8GB+128GB version at 3,499 yuan, $583. And it will start to sell officially at 10:00 a.m. [GMT+8] Beijing time on June 22 on Oneplus official site, JD, and other sites.
