OnePlus officially launched OnePlus Nord 2 in India tonight, with a Mediatek Dimensity 1200-AI SoC and 50MP Tri-camera. Prices start at Rs 27,999 and goes up to Rs 34,999.
It is the successor to last year’s OnePlus Nord and the first phone to be equipped with Dimensity 1200-AI chipset.
Externally, OnePlus Nord looks almost identical to OnePlus 9, with a perforated front and rectangular three-shot rear. OnePlus Nord 2 will also be available in leather, the first model in the Nord line to offer a leather back cover.
About main specifications, the phone is equipped with 6nm Mediatech Dimensity 1200-AI chip, LPDDR4X storage, 6.43-inch FHD+ Fluid AMOLED display, refresh rate of 90Hz, aspect ratio of 20:9, resolution of 2400×1080, supporting sRGB, P3 color gamut, 410PPI pixel density.
Notably, the phone is equipped with AI Color Boost and AI Resolution Boost technology to enhance Color and Resolution display to ensure a “vivid and dynamic visual experience.”
For imaging, it features a 50MP IMX766 main camera (OIS, F /1.88 aperture and 6P lens), an 8MP ultra-wide Angle (119.7°, EIS and F /2.25 aperture), a 2MP depth-of-field lens and a 32MP front lens.

OnePlus Nord 2 is equipped with X-axis motor, underscreen fingerprint, face recognition, screen flash, dual stereo speakers, noise reduction function, built-in 4500mAh battery, 65W fast charging, 35 minutes to recharge, running Android 11 based OxygenOS 11.3 system, it measures 158.9 X 73.2 X 8.25 mm and weighs 189 grams.
