Many wonders when OnePlus will launch its expected new true wireless headphones and there seems to be an answer now. According to what Max J. revealed on Twitter in response to another message, this should take place on the occasion of the official presentation of OnePlus 8 and OnePlus 8 Pro.
Unfortunately, the leaker has not been able to provide any anticipation on the possible price of these headphones.
Recall that OnePlus has already launched two pairs of wireless headphones in the past, namely OnePlus Bullets Wireless and Bullets Wireless 2, but in both cases, the earphones are connected by a cable (although they are Bluetooth headphones).
Those that should arrive with the OnePlus 8 series should be the first true wireless headphones of the Chinese manufacturer, that is, without a cable that connects the two earphones and the device can count on a special case for charging (like most solutions of the competition).
It will be interesting to find out at what price the manufacturer will be able to bring these new headphones on the market and what approach he has decided to adopt for the design. Finally, as regards the timing for the presentation, based on what happened last year, it should take place in May, We’ll see.
As for the OnePlus 8 smartphones, the family can include three models – OnePlus 8 Lite, OnePlus 8 and OnePlus 8 Pro. The youngest supposedly get a display with a refresh rate of 90 Hz, the other two – 120 Hz. The devices will be able to function in fifth-generation mobile networks (5G). In the back, there will be a multi-component camera.
