IGEEKPHONE on April 19 news, Mediatek recently quietly launched Dimensity 6300 processor on the official website, and X platform news source @Sudhanshu1414 said that realme’s C65 5G mobile phone for the Indian market will be equipped with this SoC.
The TSMC 6300 processor is based on TSMC’s 6nm process and uses a 2+6 design, namely two Arm Cortex-A76 cores up to 2.4GHz and six Cortex-A55 cores up to 2.0GHz. The GPU is the Arm Mali-G57 MC2.
In terms of storage, the Dimensity 6300 supports 2133MHz LPDDR4x memory and UFS 2.2 flash memory. In terms of display, it supports up to 2520 x 1080 resolution 120Hz refresh rate display, supporting 10bit color depth; The processor natively supports 108 megapixel cameras.
In terms of networking, Dimensity 6300 uses a 5G modem compliant with the 3GPP R16 standard, which can achieve a 5G downlink rate of up to 3.3GB/s, while supporting 1T1R WiFi5 and Bluetooth 5.2.
Coming to the realme C65 5G phone, in addition to the Tianguet 6300 processor, it will be equipped with a 6.67-inch 120Hz LCD display.
The phone will have a 50MP rear main camera and an 8MP front camera, with a 5000mAh battery and 15W wired charging.
