Igeekphone on October 25 news, Redmi officially announced that Redmi K70 universe is the first batch to carry the third-generation Snapdragon 8 mobile platform, which is known to challenge the strongest performance of the same platform and will be released next month.
Igeekphone previously reported that three models of the Redmi K70 series have passed 3C certification, one of which supports 90W fast charge, and the other two models support up to 120W fast charge.
The Snapdragon 8 Gen 3’s peak CPU performance is 30% higher than the previous generation, energy efficiency is 20% higher, and the same performance power consumption is 34% lower. GPU peak performance improved by 35%, same-performance power decreased by 38%, graphics rendering speed increased by 25%, energy efficiency increased by 25%, support for hardware ray tracing, Unreal 5 Engine, Adreno Frame Motion Engine 2.0 frame interpolation technology and 240 FPS games. The first Oems equipped with Snapdragon 8 Gen 3 will include Asus, Honor, iQOO, Meizu, Nio, Nubia, OnePlus, OPPO, realme, Redmi, Red Devils, SONY, vivo, Xiaomi, Samsung and ZTE.
