Igeekphone on January 17 news, news sources @Onleaks and @iice Universe yesterday (January 16) tweeted on the X platform, We shared the size comparison of Samsung Galaxy S25, Galaxy S25+, Galaxy S25 Slim and Galaxy S25 Ultra.
The Samsung S25 and S25 Plus look similar to their predecessors, but the feel and back look are different due to the thicker camera ring.
The S25 Slim builds on the iconic design and is 1mm thinner than the S25 Ultra for a more streamlined look. The S25 Ultra abandons the sharp Angle design of the past in favor of rounder curves and a completely flat display that better blends the bezels.

S25: Thickness 7.2 mm, dimensions 146.94 x 70.46 x 7.25 mm, screen size of about 6.2 inches.
S25 Plus: 7.3mm thick (down from 7.7mm in the previous generation), 158.44 x 75.79 x 7.35mm, screen size 6.7 inches.
S25 Slim: 6.4mm thick (not including the camera bump, which is 8.3mm thick), 159 x 76 x 6.4mm, with a screen size of 6.7 to 6.8 inches.
S25 Ultra: 8.25mm thick (down from 8.6mm in the previous generation), 162.82 x 77.65 x 8.25mm, 6.86 inches of screen size (rumored to be increased to 6.9 inches).
