Technology media The Tech Outlook published a blog post today (March 10), reporting that Samsung’s thinnest flagship phone Galaxy S25 Edge appeared in the UL Demko certified database, It shows that the rated capacity of the battery is 3786 mAh, and the typical value is estimated to be 3900mAh.
Igeekphone quoted the media report that Samsung Galaxy S25 Edge is equipped with “EB-BS937ABY” and “EB-BS937ABE” two models of batteries, both showing a rated capacity of 3786 mAh, in line with the previous battery 3900mAh (typical value) exposure.
The certification documents also confirm the battery models of the Galaxy Z Flip7, including “EB-BF766ABE,” “EB-BF766ABY,” “EB-BF767ABE,” and “EB-BF767ABY.” The battery models for the Galaxy Z Fold7 are “EB-BF966ABE,” “EB-BF966ABY,” “EB-BF967ABE,” and “EB-BF967ABY.”
According to Sam Mobile, the Galaxy Z Flip7 will be equipped with two batteries of 1,189 mAh and 2,985 mAh, with a combined rated capacity of 4,174 mAh and a typical capacity of 4,300 mAh, a 7.5% increase over the previous generation of battery capacity.
The battery capacity of the Samsung Galaxy Z Fold7 will remain the same, still using the same 4,400 mAh battery as the previous generation. The machine may have improved in terms of screen size and display, but keeping the battery capacity the same may disappoint some users.
