Leading global vape brand SKE has launched a new budget-busting 15,000-puff refillable device to the UK retail market, ahead of the Autumn Budget and amid growing pressure on household finances.
With the cost-of-living crisis expected to deepen, SKE says the new device provides an affordable way for millions of smokers and vapers to quit or stay switched, being equivalent to around 1,000 cigarettes, while being close to 40 times cheaper.
The rechargeable 15k puff device features a 2ml pod and 10ml e-liquid container, offering 16 of SKE’s best-selling flavours. It also includes a battery that lasts up to 24 hours on a single charge, transparent pods so consumers can track e-liquid levels, and technology that maintains consistent flavour quality throughout use.

Retailing at £12.99, with 10ml refills priced at £7.99, the new big puff device compares to cigarettes, which now average £13.30–£16.60 per pack. This means a 15k vape kit totals £20.98 in contrast to £830 for an equivalent 50 packs of 20.
Chris Dong, Regional Sales Director at SKE, said: “Not only does the device offer value for money adult vapers and smokers, the initial outlay of over £20 makes it less accessible to under-18s. Its rechargeable design also reduces environmental impact, with a single device lasting between 1.5 and 5 months depending on usage, and even longer for light users.”
The new device follows the success of SKE’s 6,000-puff model, SKE cl6000, which has sold over tens of millions of units globally. It also comes amid a surge in sales of big puff devices across the UK, with an estimated 3 million units per week sold by the end of 2024 according to Material Focus.
The product category is poised for further growth now that the disposable vape ban is in force and the company predicts the launch of their new 15k device will drive record sales across the retail market.
