Following the Galaxy Note 10, Note 20, S10, S20, and S20 FE, Samsung’s first fold-screen phone, the Galaxy Fold gets the One UI 3.0 update. The update has been rolled out in several countries and regions, including France, Switzerland, the United Kingdom and the United Arab Emirates. The update applies to Samsung Galaxy Fold LTE and 5G versions. The firmware update is F900FXXU4DUA1 for LTE and F907BXXU4DUA1 for 5G.
However, it is unclear when the One UI 3.0 update will be available for the rest of the world.
The Samsung One UI 3.0 update includes visual changes to some first-party apps, such as the address book, phone, and photo gallery. Among other things, the update adds the ability to double click to close the screen, extra camera filters, and more. The update will introduce Android 11 features such as chat bubbles, a conversation section in the notification area, one-time permissions and a dedicated media player gadget. Android’s January 2021 security patch is another important feature to get in the update.
Upgrading to One UI 3.0 list includes Galaxy Note 10 Lite、Galaxy S10e、Galaxy S10、Galaxy S10+、Galaxy Note 10、Galaxy Note 10+、Galaxy Fold、Galaxy S20 Ultra、Galaxy S20+、Galaxy S20、Galaxy S20 FE、Galaxy Z Flip、Galaxy Z Fold 2、Galaxy Note 20 Ultra、Galaxy Note 20.
In addition to the S20 5G, S20+ 5G and S20 Ultra 5G, which have already been upgraded to Android 11, the Note 20, Note 20 Ultra and S20 FE will receive the One UI 3.0 stable update this month, and the S10 series will be released in February.
