On December 24th, Igeekphone reported that Samsung has released a brand-new Odyssey Dragon Knight gaming series of monitors, including one Odyssey G9, one Odyssey G6 and three Odyssey G8 series models.
Hun Lee, executive vice president of Samsung’s Visual Display business, said that the specifications and functions of these displays were “unimaginable” a year ago, but now they have pushed the boundaries of gaming displays to new heights.

Odyssey 3D G9 G90XH
The most eye-catching new product is the world’s first 3D 6K gaming monitor, Odyssey 3D G9 G90XH. This 32-inch monitor features an IPS panel and is equipped with real-time eye-tracking technology, which can automatically adjust the depth and viewing Angle of the picture based on the viewer’s position, providing players with an immersive 3D gaming experience.
The G90XH supports dual-mode configuration, achieving a refresh rate of 165Hz at 6K resolution or 330Hz at 3K resolution, while also featuring a GtG response time of 1ms.

Odyssey G6 G60H
This is a 27-inch high refresh rate IPS panel monitor with an astonishing 1040Hz refresh rate. Of course, this is in 720p mode and it is also the world’s first monitor to support the 720p 1040Hz mode. Additionally, it supports a 600Hz refresh rate at 2K resolution.

Odyssey G8 G80HS
A 32-inch IPS monitor that supports dual-mode display of 6K@165Hz and 3K@330Hz.
Odyssey G8 G80HF
A 27-inch monitor with an IPS panel, supports 5K@180Hz resolution and can be switched to 2K@360Hz mode.
The G60H, G80HS and G80HF all support AMD FreeSync Premium Pro technology, and also support G-Sync technology.
Odyssey OLED G80SH
A 32-inch QD-OLED display, supporting 4K resolution and 240Hz refresh rate, with a brightness of 300 nits, and certified by VESA DisplayHDR True Black 500.
This series of displays is expected to make its official debut at CES 2026 in Las Vegas from January 6th to 9th, 2026.
