Vernee as a new smartphone brand has released several models for customers’ good choices with big competition such as Vernee Thor, Vernee Apollo lite, Vernee Mars, etc. Two of them belong to the high-end products, the other the mid-range one, but we have also heard the news before about the upcoming flagship smartphone, Vernee Apollo, which will be the first MTK VR smartphone. Although few news about Vernee Apllo leaked, right now Vernee has finally announced that they will release this Vernee Apollo smartphone this month, and it will be on sale in December.
Vernee Apollo is powered by Helio X25 Deca core 2.5GHz processor, Mali-T880 GPU, we only know the storage should be 64GB eMMC on board, but not sure about the RAM, we guess it should have RAM 6GB to be compatible with the high-end smartphone.
The most highlight of Vernee Apollo is to call the first Mediatek VR flagship smartphone with 2560x1440px (2K) screen resolution with 541 ppi pixel density to support VR headset compatible. Namely, Vernee Apollo will also release its own VR headset like Xiaomi, Huawei, ZTE, Oneplus, etc. As for its rear camera, it will have 20MP Sony IMX230 sensor one.
