The company released a promotional video for the device with important information regarding several elements of its design. Today, it released a new teaser of Vivo S6 5G. The image only shows the bottom portion of its rear shell.
The new image reveals that the Vivo S6 5G’s rear shell curves towards the edges. Its body was made out of glass. Hence, the successor phone also seems to be equipped with a glass back. The bottom edge of the phone has a speaker grille, a USB-C port, a microphone, and a SIM card slot. The presence of a USB-C port is a good hint that the Smartphone supports rapid charging technology.
This smartphone also has appeared on the 3C certification site, on which even more information has appeared about it.
As can be seen from the 3C certification image, the Vivo S6 5G with the model number Vivo V1962BA will support fast charging up to 18 W (9 V DC, 2 A). Other details are not yet clear. Although the network already has some information regarding the phone.
The recently shown commercial for the S6 5G hints that it may contain a full-screen display with minimal framing. The device may have a retractable selfie shooter. This potentially means that the brand targets both camera enthusiasts and groups interested in 5G technology.

Although the S6 5G specification is still relatively unknown. It can be assumed that it will come with the installation of Android 10. However, given that this is a 5G phone, it can have at least 6/8GB of RAM and 128GB of internal memory. The Vivo S6 5G is said to be a cost-effective 5G smartphone and is expected to be cheaper than the Find X2 and Find X2 Pro from OPPO, Redmi K30 Pro, Huawei P40 and P40 Pro.
