Vivo has officially launched the U3x in China, which is actually the renamed Vivo U10 that was previously launched in India. It had arrived as the first phone of the U series for India. It has a price of 799 yuan ($112).
The Vivo U3x with a polycarbonate case with color gradient measures 159.43 x 76.77 x 8.92 mm and weighs 190.5 grams. The smartphone is equipped with a 6.35-inch IPS LCD display with water droplets. It offers an HD + resolution of 720 x 1544 pixels and an aspect ratio of 19.3: 9.
The Snapdragon 665 mobile platform powers the Vivo U3x along with up to 4GB of RAM. The highest variant of the phone has 64GB of native memory. A dedicated microSD card slot is available in the device. The Vivo U3x’s 5000mAh battery supports the company’s 18W dual-engine flash charging technology.
The front notch of the Vivo The U3x has an 8MP lens with a 1: 1.8 aperture. The back of the phone is equipped with a triple camera system with an LED flash. It consists of a 13MP main lens with a 1: 2.2 aperture, an 8MP wide-angle sensor with a 1: 2.2 aperture and a 2MP aperture with a 1: 2.4 aperture.
A fingerprint scanner is located on the back of the device. The smartphone also provides support for face unlocking. The FunTouch OS 9.1 based Android 9 Pie OS runs on the Vivo U3x. The smartphone also features Jovi AI Assistant and Vivo game box for an even better gaming experience.
Like Vivo U10, the Vivo U3x is available in three models: 3GB RAM + 32GB memory, 3GB RAM + 64GB memory and 4GB RAM + 64GB memory. These models each cost 799 yuan ($112), 899 yuan ($126) and 999 yuan ($140).
The three-color editions of the Vivo U3x are Deep Lake Blue, Midnight Black, and Tea Red. The shipment of the smartphone will start in China on September 29th.
