According to the data, the WIKO mobile phone brand was established in 2011, and its business is mainly carried out in overseas markets such as Europe and Thailand. Among them, the French market is the most prominent. In early 2012, the French bare metal market (referring to non-operator bundled channels) was opened, and WIKO seized the opportunity to rise. Three years later, the French market share reached 16.8%, second only to Samsung.

After years of operation, WIKO has established a relatively mature sales channel, and the completion of the acquisition will also help Telling Holdings to further improve its mobile phone industry chain, promote the company’s business development to improve quality and efficiency and increase the international layout and synergy to help the company The scale of overseas business continued to expand.

In 2021, Telling Holdings will achieve a revenue of 71 billion yuan, a year-on-year increase of 18.76%. The financial report shows that during the reporting period, Telling Holdings established long-term cooperative relationships with Apple, Huawei, and Samsung, providing distribution, retail, logistics, after-sales, and other smart terminal supply chain services to more than 20,000 downstream business partners. The smart terminal products sold by the company include smartphones, notebooks, tablet computers, smart audio-visual, smart wearables, smart homes, and other six categories.

According to previous announcements, Telling Telecom, Dongguan Trust, CCB Trust, and Jinweike Fund, as transferees, plan to acquire Dongguan Weike 100 held by Shenzhen Tianlong Mobile Technology Co., Ltd. (hereinafter referred to as “Tianlong Mobile”). % of the shares, the transaction price is 1 billion yuan, of which Telling Communications plans to participate in the acquisition of 30% shares of Dongguan Weike with its own funds of 300 million yuan. At the same time, the four transferees will also provide a total of 500 million yuan of operating funds to Dongguan Weike through a capital increase in accordance with the proportion of equity for daily operations, of which Telling Communications will use its own funds to increase the capital of Dongguan Weike with 150 million yuan.
