Xiaomi continues to send new updates for the MIUI 11 user interface, which is based on the Android operating system. The company also began to send the new MIUI 11 update to many models. Updates were being sent for Mi 6, Mi 9, Mi Mix 3, Mi Mix 2s, Mi 8 SE, Mi Mix 2.
In addition to these models, the Redmi K20 and Redmi 7 were among the phones that received the update. Now Mi 9 Pro 5G users are getting OTA updates for the stable version of MIUI V11.0.2.0 PFXCNXM. The update package was 553MB and it was recommended that the update be done over a Wi-Fi connection.
With the MIUI 11, many new features are offered. As with other versions of MIUI, new icons are added to the interface. The update also offers features such as smoother animations, Ultra Power Saving Mode, and Child Mode, which provides a safe digital environment for children, allowing only parents to run applications, new game mode, and other functions.
Xiaomi Mi 9 Pro 5G smartphone was launched on 24th September 2019. The phone comes with a 6.39-inch display with a resolution of 1080×2340 pixels at an aspect ratio of 19.5:9. It is powered by a 1.8GHz octa-core Qualcomm Snapdragon 855+ processor that features an 8GB of RAM.
As far as the cameras, the Mi 9 Pro 5G on the rear packs a 48MP primary camera with an f/1.75 aperture and a pixel size of 0.8-micron; a second 12MP camera with an f/2.2 aperture and a pixel size of 1.0-micron and a third 16MP camera with an f/2.2 aperture and a pixel size of 1.0-micron. The rear camera setup has autofocus. It sports a 20MP camera on the front for selfies, with an f/2.0 aperture and a pixel size of 0.9-micron and its supports face unlock
The Xiaomi Mi 9 Pro 5G runs Android and is powered by a 4000mAh battery. The Xiaomi Mi 9 Pro 5G supports proprietary fast charging. It was launched in White Dream and Titanium Silver Black colors.
