Today, a new leak has revealed that a new Black Shark smartphone has been certified by the Ministry of Industry and Information Technology of China (CMIIT). It is predicted that this is Xiaomi’s Black Shark 3 5G.
Specifically, today’s source said that Black Shark 3 5G was approved by CMIIT agency on December 20 with model number “Shark KLE-A0”. Unfortunately, like most other certifications, the CMIIT listing does not reveal any information regarding the configuration of Black Shark 3 5G.
Considering that the previous Black Shark 2 Pro was equipped with Qualcomm’s strongest Snapdragon chip at the time. So it can be determined that Black Shark 3 will be powered by the Snapdragon 865 flagship platform and support dual-mode 5G, which is the first dual-mode 5G of Black Shark. The mobile phone is also the world’s first Snapdragon 865 flagship.
Qualcomm introduced that the Snapdragon 865 chip has 28% and 18% improvements in CPU and GPU performance compared to the Snapdragon 855+, and because the Snapdragon 865 supports the independent update of the GPU driver for the first time, in the future users can directly from the app store Download updates and keep getting new features and performance optimizations.

More importantly, the pre-installed JOYUI of the Black Shark will integrate the core functions of the MIUI system. The game will bring a game space system support for games without interruption, game acceleration, and suspended game assistant functions. The Black Shark 3 5G is expected to debut in March next year.
