In Google I/O 2016, we have known Google released its latest OS, Android N or Android7.0 OS, but there is one thing to make us amazed that Xiaomi cooperated with Google to release its first Xiaomi 4K Android TV BOX based on Android6.0 OS in USA. They will also announce mobile Daydream VR headset together. It’s good news for us, especially Americans.
Xiaomi 4K Mi Box is powered by Quad core Cortex A53 processor and Mail 450 GPU, RAM 2GB, ROM 8GB, it can support dolby digital and DTS surrounding sound and playback 4K ultra clear video at the speed of 60fps. It can also support the latest HDR10 standard and lastest HDMI2.0a. In addition, users can expand its storage by USB port. As for its content, Xiaomi 4k MI BOX American version provides rich resource from Youtube, Netfilx, Hulu, Pandora and so on, at the same time Google play store has also added in this tv box. The new 4K Mi Box works with a Bluetooth remote equipped with voice recognition and also has built-in Google Cast tech so you can cast content from iOS and Android devices. Xiaomi hasn’t said yet when the new box will be available or how much it will cost.
It’s said that Xiaomi 4k mi box has also come with Xiaomi Bluetooth Controller and Xiaomi game controller like other Xiaomi Mi box. It can support Google Cast to play numerous films at home for recreation for IOS, Android ,Microsoft device. As for the price and release date, it will come out in August in America, we have no idea about its price until now. Just wait and see how powerful Xiaomi 4K MI BOX it is.
