As often happens, the new product has been launched on Youpin, Xiaomi’s crowdfunding platform, from where they can be purchased for 199 yuan, about $30.05 at the current exchange rate, with shipments expected to start from 11 August. You can choose to make a full payment or donate a $1 support. To keep the little skaters safe, the matching equipment, consisting of helmet and knee pads, is available at a cost of 89 yuan, around $13.44.
Two colors available, pink and yellow, for these four-wheel inline skates, whose length can be adjusted to follow the growth of the foot. Three measures available: S (corresponding to a measure 26-29), M (30-34) and L (35-39).
As for the smart component, the Xiaomi Xiaoshun Smart skates have a sensor that can monitor movements, viewable through a companion app to be installed on an Android smartphone. You can view the skating time, the number of steps taken, the average speed and the calories consumed.
