Today it became known that the most affordable phone series will appear in the international arena. The first to buy a smartphone will be residents of Taiwan, where the presentation of the Lite version will take place on November 11. Later the device will appear in other countries. Xiaomi’s plans to bring a phone to Russia have not yet been reported.
The Mi 8 Lite model is equipped with a cut-out IPS display. The resolution is 1080 x 2220 pixels and the diagonal is 6.26 ”. The Notch contains a front camera with a resolution of 24MP and an aperture of f / 2.2. It is based on the IMX576 image sensor with a pixel size of 1.8 microns from Sony.

The price of Xiaomi Mi 8 Lite in the basic configuration in China was 1399 yuan ($202). The manufacturer estimated a more advanced modification at 1699 yuan ($245) and the maximum at 1999 yuan ($288). The cost of the global version of the smartphone is not specified.
