The first phase of updating the MIUI 11 customization layer is already underway, the update begins to reach the first Xiaomi Smartphones, and we already have more specific dates for the rest of the terminals. Today, the Beta Version of this software was released for the Xiaomi Mi Mix 3 in China.
This update based on the Android 10 operating system which has received build number MIUI 11 9.10.23 beta and the installation package size is 2.3GB. The company has advised users to take a backup of their smartphone before they start installing this new update. Also, it has warned users that some of the third-party apps may not be compatible with Android 10 and could face issues.
All major shell changes have been added to the software. For example, a new minimalistic interface design, Milan Pro font, new ringtones, redesigned Always-On Display function, improved dark theme, Mi Work Suite features and applications and much more.
We remind you that this month MIUI 11 Stable on the world market should also receive smartphones Mi 9 SE, Redmi Y3, Redmi Note 7, Redmi Note 7S, Redmi Note 7 Pro, Redmi 7, Redmi 7A, Mi 8 Pro, Mi 8, Mi 8 Lite, Mi MIX 2S, and POCO F1.
