As we have already anticipated, Xiaomi today presented its new water purifier. This time it is the Xiaomi Mijia Faucet Water Purifier. It is a compact size purifier that we can install ourselves on any tap in our home.
Unlike the previous water purifier launched by Xiaomi, this new model is presented as a quick and easy alternative. And it is that, just by connecting it to the tap where we want to purify the water, it will be in charge of eliminating any impurity harmful to our health.
For this, the new Xiaomi Mijia Faucet Water Purifier makes use of various filters made of an ultra-thin activated carbon membrane. They are capable of separating out any harmful substance, however small it may be. According to the firm, it is capable of trapping particles up to one micron in size.
In the rest, among its main features, we find a pressure selector and several jet modes, thus allowing us to control the flow of water more in order to obtain greater savings.

The retail price of the new Mijia Faucet Water Purifier is just 149 yuan ($21). But its crowdfunding price is 119 yuan ($16.80) only. It will go on sale on May 13 in China and we will probably see it for sale through the main resellers.
