Design
Xiaomi MI8 SE and Nokia X6 both use top notch design, the main difference is that Xiaomi MI8 SE top notch is similar a lot to that of iphone X, but Nokia X6 uses little top notch.
Many users may not like Xiaomi MI8 SE top notch, because of copying iPhone X, but Lei Jun as Xiaomi CEO has explained in order to put more sensor in the top notch for better full view display, they have to do it. Xiaomi MI8 SE has 5.88 inch screen, larger a little than Nokia X6 with 5.8 inch, but Xiaomi MI8 SE uses Samsung AMOLED screen, while Nokia X6 adopts LCD display, MI8 SE comes with 2244×1080 FHD+ resolution, 423PPI, Nokia X6 with 2280×1080 FHD+ , 432PPI, as for screen to body ratio, Xiaomi MI8 SE has 80.7%, whilte X6 with 86%, it is worthwhile to mention that MI 8 SE uses 2.5D Corning Gorilla 5th Glass, while Nokia X6 only uses 3th Glass, although MI 8 SE is a little heavier than X6, the thickness is thinner than X6.
Therefore, in design, Xiaomi MI8 SE seems much better than Nokia X6.
Camera
Xiaomi MI8 SE uses 12.0MP+5.0MP dual rear camera, one is 1.4um, f/1.9 big aperture, dual PD, the other 5MP has 1.12um, f/2.0 aperture, supporting AI photographing, what’s more, under dark night, it can take photos more excellently, meanwhile, it has 20MP front camera, 4in1 2.0um, which can recognize 10 scenes for better selfies.
Nokia X6 has 16MP front camera, 16MP+5MP dual rear camera, 16MP rear camera has f2.0/1.0um, 5MP rear camera has f2.2/1.2um, the front camera has 16MP, f2.0/1.0um, dual tone LED light, the dual rear camera has added HDR+EIS function, X6 has also added some new photographing function, professional photographing mode, AI beautification, by the way, the front and back camera are both Sony IMX371 sensor.
In all, the advantage of Xiaomi MI8 SE camera is in taking selfies and AI function, while Nokia X6 aims at taking photos and optimizing, in front camera, X6 is not as good as MI8 SE.
Performance
Xiaomi MI8 SE is the first to use Snapdragon 710 processor, 2.2GHz, Adreno 616 GPU, while Nokia X6 uses Snapdragon 636 processor, as for their storage, Xiaomi MI8 SE has 4GB/6GB LPDDR4x RAM 64GB ROM, supporting dual SIM card, dual standby, netcom, QC3.0 18W quick charge, built in 3120mAh battery, and MI8 SE has infrared remote control, no NFC.
While Nokia X6 has 4GB+32GB，4GB+64GB，6GB+64GB three version, which can be expanded to 400GB, supporting dual SIM card, dual standby, QC3.0 quick charge, Nokia X6 is built in 3060mAh battery, which takes about two hours to charge from 0 to 100%.
Both smartphones have USB Type C port, but Nokia keeps earphone jack, and they both don’t support NFC function.
System
Xiaomi MI8 SE this time will use MIUI 10 OS with many new functions, AI, full view display operation, gesture motion, Xiaomi AI student control, in addition, using natural voice.
Nokia X6 uses Android original system, it has free-disturbing function for games, apps, AI recognition, AI floating ball, etc.
Price
Nokia X6 sells at least 1,299 yuan, $200, while MI 8 SE at least 1,799 yuan, $300, although Nokia X6 is cheaper, Xiaomi MI8 SE different aspects are much powerful than X6, right now you know which one is better.
