LG V40 ThinQ will presumably arrive at IFA 2018, which will take place at the end of the summer. Through the rumors emerges a truly remarkable design, let’s see it in detail. The name ThinQ, a term coined by LG to indicate its smartphones equipped with an integrated software of Artificial Intelligence, has now been metabolized. The new V40 is expected soon.
If everything follows the same script last year, IFA 2018 we should have the new terminal of the V series. But there is also to say that this year the usual dates are literally skipped and the announcement of the V35 ThinQ, marketed only and exclusively for the American market with the operator AT & T, he further shuffled the cards on the table.

But today we show you a concept of the device based on current information and that brings the design to a new level compared to the current LG G7. Notch not present – but this is a choice of LG to propose a different design than the lineup of the G series – but instead presents a bezel-less display on 3 sides.. 6.1-inch screen at Quad HD resolution with Amoled technology and the only frame is the top that obviously will contain the headset, camera, and the usual various sensors.
Premium materials, metal in the side frame and glass on the front and back. Right here there is asymmetric vertical Dual Camera and a fingerprint sensor that also works as a button to turn the terminal on and off. The two cameras will both be optically stabilized, the 23MP primary and the 19MP secondary. The front one instead will be 16 MP. The volume rocker has been placed on the right side, while on the lower border there are a microphone, a speaker grille, and a USB Type-C port to charge the handset.
Then continues the waterproofing that LG provides on its top-of-the-range smartphones: this is IP68. Also present a special construction with the side aluminum that is military standard, ultra-strong like the one used to build the frame of the iPhone X.
More than one version will be available in terms of Storage and RAM: 64GB, 128GB, 256GB for the first and 6 GB, 8GB for volatile memory. Obviously, all will be powered by the Snapdragon 845 and an integrated 4000mAh battery. In contrast, the 3.5mm audio jack will be available and the Wireless charging on the back will also be enabled. In short, LG V40 ThinQ at the top of the range. We hope that the South Korean company gets back on track since lately it does not have a precise and linear roadmap and, above all, with LG G7, you could be more attentive to some detail taken in the underestimate, first of all, the really high price.
