On December 10th, some foreign media said that some Xiaomi Mi A1 users received a system update for Android 9 Pie.
Xiaomi Mi A1 is the first Android One device that Xiaomi cooperates with Google. It can be regarded as the international version of Xiaomi 5X.
Xiaomi Mi A1 uses 5.5-inch 1080p display, equipped with Snapdragon 625 processor, built-in 4GB storage +64GB storage, rear 12MP wide-angle + 12MP telephoto dual lens combination, battery capacity is 3080mAh. Xiaomi A1 is pre-installed with Android 7.1.2 system and updated to Android 8.1 in July this year.

According to Android Guider’s news, Xiaomi Mi A1 received a beta version of Android 9 Pie a few days ago, limited to closed beta testers. According to the news page, users who received updates are located in Bangladesh. Therefore, it is not known whether this update has been rolled out to other parts of the world.
