Only a few months ago, the presentation of the slider smartphone Honor Magic 2 took place, and the talk about the third-generation (Honor Magic 3)model has already begun. Its announcement will take place only in the second half of the year, but Chinese sources already talk about the technical characteristics of the future flagship.
Honor Magic 3 will adopt a new foldable screen design. The external screen has the design of the bangs, while the internal screen adopts a comprehensive screen design. On the back, Honor Magic 3 will continue to use the glass body with a vertically aligned dual camera combination. In the overall appearance, the Honor Magic 3 still retains Huawei’s design language, but its effect is even more amazing.
Compared with the previous model Honor Magic 2, Honor Magic 3 has more technological sense. The smartphone will retain the NFC chip, a fingerprint scanner built into the display and large amounts of memory – 6/8GB of RAM and 128/256GB of flash memory, depending on the modification.
Cameras in Honor Magic 3 will be six, as in the model of the current generation. However, now the front-end will be built on the basis of two sensors with a resolution of 20MP and 2MP, and 48MP + 12MP sensors will form the basis of the rear camera. It is worth recalling that the Honor Magic 2 has a triple front camera (16MP + 2MP + 2MP) and a triple main camera (16MP + 16MP + 24MP).
The smartphone is expected to debut a mobile processor Kirin 990, which can be announced in the first half of this year. The main difference from Kirin 980 will be the support of 5G mobile communication. At the same time, you should not expect much performance gain. The chipset will also be made on 7-nanometer technology. The debut 5-nanometer mobile processor should appear only in 2020.
At the release time, Honor Magic 3 will be released at the end of 2019. It is expected that it will officially debut in November this year, but due to a long time of release, it has not been confirmed. For the Price, presumably, Honor Magic 3 will go on sale at a price of $590.
