The rumors around Xiaomi Mi 9 are increasingly insistent: after seeing a possible first live shot, this time we return to talk about the smartphone after a sighting at the IMDA certification body (Info-Communications Media Development Authority) in Singapore.
The smartphone is identified by the model number M1902F1G, and the Singaporean portal explicitly mentions the name Mi 9, so there is little doubt about the real identity of the device. Like any other certification body, even the IMDA is not able to provide details about the technical specifications of the terminal, however, it is a step that allows you to confirm the imminent arrival of Xiaomi Mi 9.
According to the first rumors, Mi 9 should be equipped with a Qualcomm Snapdragon 855 SoC and will offer a rear photographic compartment characterized by the presence of three sensors, of which at least one 48MP. There should also be up to 10GB of RAM and 512GB of internal memory, while the screen should be a 6.4 “AMOLED unit with an integrated fingerprint sensor and 3,500mAh battery.
In short, Mi 9 will have all the credentials to be one of the most interesting products at the beginning of 2019 and its debut could take place at the next MWC 2019. We are still waiting for a few weeks and we will know more. Unfortunately, the current price and launch date of Xiaomi Mi 9 has not been revealed. But according to the information world, it is likely that this device will appear in the first quarter of 2019. Let’s wait and see!
