Xiaomi has already announced plans to release a new generation of smartphones with support for ultra-fast charging and even showed the operation of such a device in action. A new teaser of the company, which appeared on the network, hints at an early release of technology that can charge the battery of a gadget with a capacity of 4000mAh in a record short time.
A poster with a short description of the future news was published on the Chinese social network Weibo. According to the information indicated in the image, Xiaomi is preparing to introduce a 100W charger – a smartphone’s battery with a capacity of 4000mAh, the accessory can fully charge in just 17 minutes.
Although the company has not yet announced the release date for the first device with support for Super Charge Turbo technology, Redmi CEO Liu Weibin previously hinted that the unannounced Redmi K30 could become such a smartphone.
It is possible that new chargers will be announced simultaneously with Redmi K30 or Mi Mix 4. The exact date for the announcement of Xiaomi Super Charge Turbo technology by the manufacturer has not yet been announced.
