OnePlus 8 Pro: 50% in 30 minutes
He claimed that the OnePlus 8 Pro can be charged to 50% in 30 minutes and can reach 100% in 80 minutes. The name already suggests it, OnePlus relies on wireless charging with up to 30 watts, which is very quick.
Since this technology also causes some heat, there is a cooler in the charging plate and since the cooler may be a bit louder, you can switch it off overnight. A mechanism also prevents the plate from overheating.
By the way, the picture in the tweet below is a placeholder, not a leak. But I find the price interesting, which at $76 is not exactly cheap for a charging plate. Although there are not so many solutions on the market that support 30 watts, we have no clue. I’m curious to see what the new pallet looks like.
