How to use DVDFab Enlarger AI
Enlarger AI is an advanced video conversion feature in our products, including DVD Ripper, Blu-ray Ripper, Video Converter and DVD to Blu-ray Converter. When you convert a DVD, a Blu-ray or video shot by phone or camera, just check the option, the program will enable Enlarger AI to enhance the picture details of each frame during the processing and present you with a high-quality 1080p or 4K video.
Enlarger AI provides two output qualities for you to choose from. We called them Premium Quality and Ultra Quality. By default, Premium Quality gives you a more clear picture than the source video. If you choose Ultra Quality, you will get a more clear picture than Premium Quality, but it will take more time.

GPU Requirements
Enlarging videos from 480P to 1080P or upscaling 1080P to 4K by AI Enlarger is GPU consuming. It requires Nvidia GPUs for the job. Importantly, there must be at least 2GB free memory. And, the compute capability must be higher than 3.5. According to Nvidia, the computing capability of a GPU determines its general specifications and available features. To see if your GPU’s compute capability is higher than 3.5 or not, you can check it out on Nvidia’s official page. Also, the latest GPU driver is required. Or, you can run the program, DVDFab Enlarger AI will check it out for you, and notify you if your GPU is supported or not. If not, it explains why on what is missing.

DVDFab Enlarger is very easy to use. Let’s see together.
1: Read DVD disc/video
In the Copy or Rip tab, insert the DVD into your computer and DVDFab Enlarger will automatically analyze the information on the DVD. If it’s a normal video, not a DVD disc (folder, ISO image), add the video from the Convert tab.
2: Select the output format
“Copy” tab, Enlarger AI cannot be used only for “DVD to Blu-ray conversion”. For the “Rip” and “Convert” tabs, select the format with “AI”. Here, “copy” is used as an example.
As you can see, “Enlarger AI” is displayed to the right of the DVD title. Check it if you want to convert DVD 480P to 1080P. When put in, the original 4644 MB DVD will be output as 21838 MB Blu-ray. You can also select subtitles and audio tracks before increasing the resolution.
3: DVD 480P to 1080P
After checking all the settings, press “Start” on the right to output DVD 480P video or another video of 480P as 1080P. If your computer doesn’t have enough specs, you can’t increase the resolution. Before using Enlarger AI, be sure to check your computer’s performance.
