Microsoft Surface Duo Appeared: With a Stylus, Starting From 9700 yuan ($1396.11)

Microsoft’s first dual-screen Android phone, Microsoft Surface Duo, is rumored to be available soon, and shipments may begin as early as the last week of August. On Tuesday afternoon, more Surface Duo pictures were leaked online, showing accessories including stylus pens. 

We know that Microsoft’s Surface Duo will be charged via the USB-C interface and is equipped with a 3460mAh battery. In addition to the mobile phone, there will be a USB-C to USB-C cable and charger in the Surface Duo box.

In the package, Microsoft will also come with a white protective cover, Microsoft will provide Surface Duo with the Surface Slim Pen stylus and the new color of the Surface Earbuds headset.

According to earlier reports, this mobile phone equipped with an Android 10 system is equipped with a Qualcomm Snapdragon 855 processor, 6GB of memory and 64GB, 128GB, or 256GB of internal storage space. This phone is also equipped with a fingerprint reader, which is the only biometric unlocking method for the phone.

Surface Duo is equipped with two 5.6-inch screens, each with a resolution of 1350×1800. The thickness of each screen is only 4.8mm. In contrast, the Samsung Galaxy Fold 2 is 6.9mm thick after unfolding. It is reported that this dual-screen mobile phone also uses an 11-megapixel sensor, and it is reported that Microsoft has worked hard on the camera software.

In addition, according to WindowsLatest reports, the starting price of Surface Duo is US$1,400 (approximately 9700 yuan), which is a version with 64GB storage and 6GB memory. Microsoft also plans to sell 128GB and 256GB internal storage versions. IT Home understands that this makes the device slightly more expensive than the $1380 Galaxy Z Flip, but still cheaper than the $1499 Motorola Razr.
