Budget phone maker BLU has launched today a new Smartphone called BLU G90 Pro, which the successor to the BLU G90 that was launched in June this year. Interestingly, the Pro variant is just $50 expensive than the standard variant with a total price tag of $200.
For starters, the BLU G90 Pro features a teardrop notch on the display and has four cameras on the back. The camera module is like a vertical strip in shape, carrying three sensors. The remaining one sensor sits with the LED flash outside this module. Interestingly, the fingerprint scanner resides inside the camera module.
BLU G90 Pro is powered by a 2.0GHz octa-core MediaTek Helio G90T processor with liquid cooling tech for both the chip and the charging IC that can lower temps up to 6 degrees Celsius. BLU said that the ARM Mali-G76 GPU includes MediaTek’s HyperEngine Game Technology to help you play games smoothly.
The SoC is paired with 4GB of RAM and 128GB of storage. The display on the G90 Pro is a 6.5-inch 2340×1080 panel with slim bezels that give it a 91% screen-to-body ratio. There is a 5100mAh battery that can support up to 18W for fast charging and 10W for wireless charging.
The smartphone has a quad rear camera setup that includes a 48MP main sensor, an 8MP ultra-wide camera with a 120-degree field of view, a 2MP macro camera, and a depth sensor to help you capture portrait mode shots. There is a 32MP camera on the front panel for selfie experience. The Smartphone runs Android 10 and it has dual-SIM support. BLU G90 Pro is available in only one color version: Purple Haze.
The BLU G90 Pro with 128GB of internal memory and 4GB of RAM is now exclusively available on Amazon.com for $249.99, including a free Gaming Protective Case inside the box. As part of BLU’s launch promotion customers who are first in line will be able to snag the sought-after device $50 off for a limited time at $199.99.
