Vivo continues to launch more smartphones to keep up with the competition in global markets, while the company will launch the Vivo X60 series soon and will start in 2021 with a smartphone from the “iQOO” family. On the other hand, recently a low-end smartphone Vivo V2099A visited the Google Play Console listing. Furthermore, it has been certified by 3C.
And now Vivo V2099A has been spotted in the TENAA certification database, which hints at an upcoming release of the device. The “TENAA” list has not yet been updated with many details and pictures at the moment, but it only confirms the model number and the fact that it is a device that supports 4G networks only.
Fortunately, the Google Play Console listing is enough to give us little details about the specs within the new phone. According to the listing, the new phone features a resolution of 1600 x 720 HD Plus and runs Android 10.
The screen size will be between 6.3 and 6.5 inches judging by the resolution, and with this, we are looking at a novice smartphone, so it is likely that it will be equipped with an LCD screen and a Snapdragon 622 processor based on an 11 nm architecture.
According to reports, the performance of this processor is relatively better than the performance provided by “Snapdragon 665”, with a random memory (RAM) of 8GB. The battery capacity is unclear at the moment, and the Chinese C3 certification reveals that the Vivo V2099A will come with 18W fast charging.
As for the screen, it will be flat, and at the top is the front camera, and there is the power button and volume control button on the right side, and there is a third button on the left that may have the voice assistant, and at the top, you can see the 3.5 mm headphone jack.
As Vivo V2099A is a low-end smartphone, we expect a quiet launch in China. The device could also reach other markets next year. We will keep you posted as soon as TENAA updates the list with key images and specs.
