Huawei Mate 50 Pro Review, Design, Specs, Release Date and More

Huawei once launched a phone case that can assist in selfies. This phone case is designed with a flash that can be opened when taking selfies, and it can be stored when it is not needed. At considering this design, a concept creator produced a set of renders for Huawei Mate 50 Pro. In this article, we see how this rendering of this flagship is made.

From the back, the design of the Huawei Mate 50 Pro is still very consistent with the design style of the Mate series, such as a round lens module, and the camera is designed in this lens module. However, the subtlety of the design of Mate 50 Pro is that there is a connection between the round lens module and the fuselage. In addition to this part of the connection, the lens module and the fuselage are in a disconnected state.

From this point of view, the foldable lens module of the Mate 50 Pro has designed a total of four cameras. The first one is a 100MP main sensor, a 40MP ultra-wide-angle, a 16MP telephoto macro, and a 12MP black-and-white sensor. The combination of these four cameras has no pressure on daily shooting at all.

With the foldable rear lens module, the Mate 50 Pro can boldly give up the punch-hole screen. Because if you need to take a selfie, just open this ring-shaped foldable lens module. As a result, the screen of Huawei Mate 50 Pro can reach a full-screen state, with a high refresh rate of 144 Hz and a touch sampling rate of 480 Hz, making the screen display effect of the phone exceptional. Moreover, 1.07 billion colors and 9012 screen flicker, which also make the more eye-friendly screen.

Of course, without the front lens, Huawei Mate 50 Pro also has under-screen fingerprint recognition with Qualcomm’s upcoming Snapdragon processor, LPDDR5, UFS3.1, upgraded GPU Turbo technology, and Harmany OS 3. Unfortunately, the phone still supports 4G, not 5G.

In terms of battery, Huawei Mate 50 Pro will be upgraded to 5000mAh, and the fuselage will be covered with a layer of graphene for heat dissipation, which can maximize the processor performance while maintaining the temperature of the fuselage. At the same time, Huawei Mate 50 Pro will also have a breakthrough in battery fast charging specifications, 120W wired, and 66W wireless charging. With large-capacity batteries and high-specification fast charging, the battery life of Huawei Mate 50 Pro will also become longer.

Many Smartphone manufacturers are trying various solutions that can complete the full screen and abandon the front camera. This solution of Mate 50 Pro is very mature and acceptable. On the basis of ensuring the full-screen display effect, this phone is equipped with Snapdragon 895 processor, 120W wired, 66W wireless fast charging, 5000mAh battery, 100MP main camera, etc., these configurations can guarantee Huawei Mate 50 Pro is a flagship phone, the only regret is that there is no 5G.

There is no official confirmation news available at this moment about it. We think the upcoming Mate 50 Pro will be released on 30th December 2021 at the price of around $1199. It may late to release for features updates or company issues.
