Since BOE has not yet had an adaptive refresh rate LTPO in commercial production, it will still be limited to LTPS screens for the 6.1-inch standard version, which means that next year’s iPhone 14 will not be fully equipped with 120Hz high screen, which will help maintain the starting price of the iPhone 13.
BOE is expected to ship 15 million mobile OLED panels to Apple this year, accounting for about 10% of the total, according to industry estimates. Next year, that figure will rise to about 45 million yuan, or about 20% of the total.
