    Chuwi recently Launched its all-in-one MiniBook X, which it has been working on for the past two years. The biggest attraction of the laptop is its 10.8-inch display and Retina 2K resolution. The 2-in-1 device combines notebook and tablet and comes with an unusual punch-hole display. And Chuwi offers a stylish convertible FreeBook with a 13.5-inch touchscreen in 3:2 format, a modern and economical quad-core processor, and a passively cooled and therefore noiseless housing. In this article, we will see What’s the difference between Chuwi MiniBook X and Chuwi FreeBook?     Design

    Chuwi MiniBook X adopts a convertible concept with a special 360 ° hinge, which allows you to flip the display under the keyboard to use the device if necessary in tablet, notebook; tent, and stand mode. MiniBook X measures 243 x 167 x 17.7 mm and weighs around 900 grams, but has thinner bezels around the screen and a 5MP punch-hole front camera which together contribute to the 90% screen-to-body ratio.

    As an enhanced and upgraded version of MiniBook, MiniBook X introduces a 10.8-inch hole-punch display with 2K retina resolution; a 90% screen-to-body ratio, and a 16:10 aspect ratio for a shockingly immersive viewing experience. Chuwi has also added YOGA Mode to MiniBook X; giving it the 2-in1 functionality of both a laptop and tablet and the ability to switch back and forth as needed quickly.

    In terms of design, The Chuwi FreeBook adopts a compact and full-screen design. It’s lightweight, thin, portable, and can be easily put in your backpack or handbag. Carry it with you whether you’re on a business trip or traveling, so you could work anywhere, and your inspiration and creativity can be recorded and saved at any time. Powerful business office performance allows you to get rid of the shackles of traditional laptops and helps you improve office efficiency anytime anywhere.

    The 13.5″ Ultra HD 2K touch screen presents sharp and clear visual effects, taking creativity to a new height, while the slim frame provides you with more working space and allows you to play freely. 10-point touch screen, quite easy to operate. The 1MP high-definition front camera allows you to video chat with your family or friends, or start a video conference anytime anywhere, quite convenient and practical. The 3:2 screen ratio makes it more suitable for both office and entertainment.

    Hardware

    Chuwi MiniBook X comes with the 2021 latest generation Intel 11th Celeron N5100 processor; 10nm process technology, new Tremont micro-architecture, 4 cores; and 4 threads, and the performance is greatly improved. No matter it’s playing games, editing documents, or basic video production, you can handle them with ease. A new generation of Intel UHD Graphic makes it easy to hard decode 4K videos and play online games smoothly.

    MiniBook X uses a stronger 12GB LPDDR4X RAM+512GB SSD ROM super-large storage space! The LPDDR4X 12GB large running memory makes the MiniBook X load or run various software faster, multitasking easier, and multi-application switching smoother, while the 512GB SSD perfectly stores your photos, videos, movies, various data, etc.

    Adopting pure copper heat dissipation soaking plate module; and innovative heat dissipation technology, CHUWI FreeBook runs quietly, smoothly, and stably, without annoying noise; which will let you focus more on work without external interference. The latest generation of Intel Jasper lake N5100 processor using 10nm process technology; 2.8GHz Turbo frequency, brand new Tremont micro-architecture, Quad-core 4 threads, lower power consumption; higher performance, and longer battery life, whether for office, entertainment or learning, editing documents or basic video production, FreeBook handles well and plays nice. A new generation of Intel UHD Graphics GPU; 350MHz-800MHz, allows enjoying 4K UHD videos and online games.

    LPDDR4 memory module, higher performance, and lower power consumption; With the latest generation of Intel Jasper lake N5100 processor and LPDDR4 8GB RAM; Chuwi FreeBook achieves the unity of performance and speed, resulting in faster multitasking, smoother multi-APP switching; and office efficiency improvement. 256GB NVME SSD storage space realizes fast read and write speed, and fast boot time; which also, meets your entertainment needs.

    Features

    We can see from the above configuration that MiniBook X comes with Windows 11 OS with an intuitively redesigned UI design, new start menu, new input logic; new touch interaction, and native Android support for popular mobile APPs and games. Windows 11 OS, redesigned for productivity, creativity, and ease of use, offers many innovative features designed to support the current hybrid work environment; with a focus on increasing end-user productivity in a new and flexible experience. The Chuwi MiniBook X integrates a USB Type-C port for 45-watt USB PD 2.0 charging and/or data and video transfer support.

    CHUWI FreeBook should support dual-band WiFi, Bluetooth; and a full-featured USB Type-C port, therefore useful for data transfer, power supply, and video signal. The pre-installed operating system will be Windows 10, but the company has ensured the update to Windows 11.
