Samsung is about to unveil a new version of its high-end tablet, the Galaxy Tab S9 series, which is expected to debut in the second half of this year.
According to GalaxyClub,Galaxy Tab S9 series will be made up of three models: the Galaxy Tab S9, Galaxy Tab S9 +, and Galaxy Tab 9 Ultra, which will come in Wi-Fi and Wi-Fi+5G versions.
Samsung’s Galaxy Tab S line of tablets has always been lacking in dust and water resistance. In the past, Samsung used a body coating to achieve basic dust and water resistance, but this year’s Galaxy Tab S9 Ultra will be different.
For the first time, the Ultra model will be equipped with an IP67 dust-proof and water-proof rating to keep out dust and can be submerged for up to a meter for 30 minutes.

The main competitor to the Galaxy Tab is Apple’s iPad. In addition to improved protection, the new tablet will have more marketing strategies for high-end tablets. More details are likely to be leaked later.
