Online e-cigarette retailer Dr Vapes has partnered with e-cigarette brand ELFBAR to launch a disposable hookah e-cigarette product – Dr Vapes x Elf Bar-20k DTL. The product is mainly marketed in the Middle East and South Africa and costs around £12.99.
