E-cigarette brand ELFBAR recently launched a new e-cigarette on its official website – ELFBAR E-Shisha Luxe 30000, which is positioned for disposable hookah e-cigarettes, and is now available on the website of e-cigarette distributors in the UAE, priced at about $12.25.
