On July 16th, Igeekphone reported that according to the blogger “Perfect Arrangement Digital”, the 5G version of Xiaomi REDMI 15C has been approved for network access in China, with the device model being 2508CRN2BC.
Not long ago, the renderings of this device were exposed, offering four colors: Moonlight Blue, Twilight Orange, Midnight Black and Green.
The appearance adopts a straight screen and straight edge design. The front is a waterdrop screen, and the camera module on the back is somewhat similar to the Redmi Note 11T series, equipped with dual cameras.

It is expected that there will be at least a 4GB+128GB storage combination, and other specifications may be available later.
According to the NBTC certification information in Thailand, this device features a 6.9-inch HD+LCD screen, a 6000mAh battery, and supports 33W charging.
This series of Xiaomi mobile phones is the best-selling one worldwide and also ranks among the top ten in the global mobile phone sales list.

The ranking of the world’s best-selling smartphones in the first quarter of 2025 released by Research firm Counterpoint Research shows that Redmi 14C 4G ranked eighth, being the only domestic phone among the top ten.
This is already the first time this series has made the list. Previously, Redmi 12C and Redmi 13C have consistently made it onto the list many times.

This series is mainly characterized by its affordable prices but decent configurations. For instance, the Redmi 14C, starting at only 399 yuan, is equipped with a 120Hz refresh rate, side fingerprint recognition, and full DC dimming, which even surpass the iPhone’s tenfold price in this aspect.
It is expected that the REDMI 15C will still maintain a reasonable pricing, with a starting price within 500 yuan.
