Igeekphone reported on February 11th that Samsung released the 2026 custom version AI steam floor cleaning robot today (February 11th). There are three models: Ultra, Plus and Standard. The starting price is 1.41 million Korean won (IT News Note: Current exchange rate is approximately 6,785 yuan), and the highest configuration costs 2.04 million Korean won (current exchange rate is approximately 9,816 yuan).
For cleaning hard-to-reach areas and complex floor environments, the new product incorporates the “Pop-Out Combo” system. When encountering walls and corners, the mop will automatically extend to ensure that the edges are cleaned without any omissions. Among them, the Ultra and Plus models have a suction power of up to 10W, which is twice that of the previous generation products.
In terms of accessibility, the new Easy Pass Wheel design enables it to easily pass over thresholds or carpets as high as 45mm. After cleaning, the accompanying steam cleaning base station will spray 100℃ hot steam onto the mop to sterilize it, with a bacterial kill rate of up to 99.999%, and effectively remove odors.

In terms of security, Samsung has integrated the Knox Matrix and Knox Vault security solutions into its new products, and has adopted end-to-end encryption (E2EE) technology to ensure that the images and video data captured by the robots are absolutely secure.
In terms of maintenance, some models are equipped with an automatic water supply system, completely eliminating the cumbersome task of manually adding or pouring water. In addition, Samsung has launched the AI Subscription Club, offering two service models: regular consumable delivery (Self-Care) or professional on-site inspection (Visiting Care).
Korean consumers can pre-order the Bespoke AI Steam Ultra at Samsung’s offline stores and on the official website before March 2nd. Those who make the reservation will receive a value of 120,000 Korean won accessory package. The Ultra and Plus models will be officially launched on March 3rd, while the Standard model is scheduled to be released in April 2026.
In terms of price, depending on the configuration (automatic water supply version or standalone version), the price of the Standard version ranges from 1,410,000 to 1,590,000 Korean won, the Plus version is from 1,760,000 to 1,940,000 Korean won, and the top-of-the-line Ultra version is from 1,860,000 to 2,040,000 Korean won.
