Igeekphone reported on February 13th that source Jon Prosser released a video today (February 13th), showcasing the Apple iPhone 17e. This model is expected to be released on February 19th, with an estimated starting price of around $599.
In terms of appearance, the iPhone 17e is equipped with a 6.1-inch display with a fixed refresh rate of 60Hz. Regarding the screen shape, the renderings show the Dynamic Island design. However, Jon Prosser stated that it is not ruled out that the iPhone 17e might continue to adopt the traditional “bezel-less screen” design.

In terms of core configuration, the iPhone 17e will be equipped with an “slightly throttled performance” A19 chip (a reduced-frequency version), and will be complemented by 8GB of memory to ensure smooth system operation. To further optimize power consumption, a brand-new C1X component has been integrated into the body, specifically responsible for energy efficiency management.

In terms of battery life, thanks to the benefits of the chip manufacturing process and a battery capacity of approximately 4000mAh, this device is expected to achieve all-day battery life. For light usage, it can even last for 20 to 24 hours. Additionally, the MagSafe magnetic charging function has been brought down to this price range for the first time, providing users with a wider range of accessory options.
In terms of imaging, the camera lens still uses a single 48-megapixel sensor. Although the hardware specifications have not reached the highest level, thanks to the powerful image processing capabilities (ISP) of the A19 chip, it will improve low-light shooting and photo processing speed. The front camera has been upgraded to a 18-megapixel lens, supporting Apple’s “Center Stage” feature.
In terms of color schemes, apart from the classic black and white, Apple might introduce a brand-new “lavender” color as the main color.
