According to “Price.com”, British American Tobacco Japan (BAT Japan) announced a partnership with the McLaren Racing team, launching the “glo Hilo Plus – a limited edition set inspired by the McLaren Racing team”, and it will be available for sale starting from March 3rd at the glo Ginza store and the glo official online store.
This limited edition set is based on the heated tobacco device “Glo Hilo Plus”. The set integrates the limited edition device with the limited edition specific accessories and is positioned as the most high-end limited collection within the Glo series.
In terms of the exterior design, the limited edition device features the distinctive “Papaya” color of the McLaren team on the inner side and the sliding part of the charging box; at the same time, the side of the charging box displays the dual brand logos of the McLaren team and Glo.
The charging box body features a rubber-molded grip design for enhanced stability, and at the same time, it incorporates a brushed metal texture through advanced processing techniques.
As a limited edition set of accessories, the product also includes a dedicated storage case made of Alcantara material (a type of artificial ultra-fine fabric), a specially designed charging base, a guarantee certificate for marking the limited specifications, and is provided in a specially designed package.
The price of this set is 30,000 yen (approximately 200 US dollars, calculated at 1 US dollar ≈ 150 yen).
