Igeekphone reported on March 9th that Han Bixiao, the product manager of Vivo Communication Technology Co., Ltd., made the first public announcement of the Vivo X300s today. It is introduced that this new model is “extremely excellent both inside and out”, being an upgraded version of the standard model of Vivo X300, and it is claimed to be “a top standard model that has not compromised in terms of performance and imaging”.
This device is positioned as “Superpowerful Mini V Single”, featuring Zeiss 2-billion pixel imaging and extremely cool performance. Han Bixiao today first announced the upgrades of vivo X300s in terms of vision, hearing and touch:

As previously reported by Igeekphone, Roland Quandt, the source of the information, posted a dynamic on Bluesky on March 4th, sharing a set of photos that showcased the vivo X300 Max mobile phone that was unveiled during the MWC 2026 exhibition held in Barcelona.
In terms of appearance, the vivo X300 Max adopts the family-style design language. The two cameras are placed on both sides of the Zeiss T* brand logo, and the third camera is positioned above them. This device is expected to be equipped with the Tianji 9500 chip, a 6.78-inch screen, and a 7000mAh battery.
