Igeekphone reported on March 9th that blogger @DigitalXiaolianTang disclosed on Weibo that a new model of Dimensity 9500 from a certain manufacturer will be equipped with a 1.5K 165Hz screen.
The blogger stated that this mobile phone is equipped with a dedicated graphics chip and an active cooling fan. The screen adopts a 2D visual quadrilateral design. It features an 8-digit large battery, a relatively large-sized motor, a custom-tuned symmetrical dual speaker, as well as an ultrasonic fingerprint sensor and IP68 dust and water resistance features.

Subsequently, a user in the comment section asked: “How is the performance?” The blogger replied: “Don’t ask, we performance-oriented users can’t stand such questions.” Another user asked: “If you don’t understand, then ask. The fan really faces forward.” The blogger responded: “For users who prioritize ultimate performance, it’s definitely forward. The continuous performance release is more powerful.”
Based on the hints in the blogger’s article and the speculations in the comment section, it is expected that this device is the Xiaomi Redmi K90 Supreme Edition.
For reference, Xiaomi Redmi K80 Supreme Edition was released in June last year. It is equipped with the MediaTek Dimensity 9400+ chip and the first-ever AI dedicated graphics chip D2. Its overall score exceeds 3.24 million (AVG benchmark comprehensive performance score). It features the largest 3D ice-cooling circulation cooler pump in REDMI history and is equipped with the 0916C motor + 1115 coaxial symmetrical dual speakers. The price starts at 2,599 yuan (Igeekphone Note: 12GB + 256GB).
