Igeekphone News, July 12th: The REDMI Note 17 series will be officially launched on July 14th. Currently, the new device prototypes have been exhibited in various Xiaomi stores across the country.
The REDMI Note 17 series will introduce two models: the Note 17 and the Note 17 Pro. The core specifications of both new devices have also been largely revealed.
According to the blogger “Experience More”, the REDMI Note 17 is equipped with a Qualcomm Snapdragon 4 Gen 4 processor. It has a 7-inch Samsung E4 Pro screen with a resolution of 1080p on the front.
The new device is equipped with an 8000mAh large battery, supports 45W wired fast charging and 22.5W wired reverse charging. It has a 5000-pixel rear main camera and an optical fingerprint sensor. It also supports IP65-level dust and water resistance.
The higher-end REDMI Note 17 Pro is equipped with the Snapdragon 6s Gen 4 processor, featuring a 6.83-inch 1.5K flagship-level straight screen. The battery capacity has been further increased to 9000mAh, and it supports 67W wired fast charging and 22.5W wired reverse charging.
Note 17 Pro is also equipped with a 50-megapixel main camera, and it supports full-level dust and water resistance (IP66, IP68, IP69, IP69K), further enhancing the durability of the entire device.
In addition to the large battery and waterproofing capabilities, AI anti-fraud is also a key feature of the REDMI Note 17 series’ upgrade. It supports AI anti-face spoofing, AI anti-bank card fraud, AI anti-fraud calls, AI anti-phishing messages, AI anti-malicious apps and URLs, which can help users identify various high-risk telecommunications fraud methods.
