Q: What’s the difference of USB Type-C and Micro USB port?

Q: What’re the advantages of USB Type-C port?
A: First of all, USB Type-C port has a design that’s able to connect on both sides. It’s more convenient than Micro USB, which has the different design in two sides. Secondly, USB Type-C keeps a slim body, which is more suitable to nowadays slim smartphone design. The MIX 2 is as thin as 8.6mm, and it also has a 5.99” full display, that makes it impossible to hold so many hardware parts in the body. That’s why USB Type-C port becomes a perfect choice for it.
